The course was perfect. The practical sessions and demonstrations helped a lot to remember the steps in emergency situations. I really liked how the course covered a very broad spectrum and did so effectively & efficiently). I also enjoyed how we were allowed to ask questions so often and work in groups to understand certain concepts.
