An excellent course - thank you! So much was learnt - even more than expected. Really helpful for both common and not so common situations. I thought the video/audio clips were very helpful. Lui's experience as a medic inspired great confidence and she is a great trainer.

The course was excellent, varied and interesting. I liked the fact that the course tailored to school environments. Lui Holzleg answered the questions, took time to clarify points and re-show or repeat certain aspects. I appreciate how much she made all components interesting by varying teaching strategies (i.e. a mix of hands-on, video, situational, etc.): a perfect mix. I particularly liked her "normal/healthy" approach to smaller injuries (scrapes, cuts & co.)

PedFACTS & Compact First Aid
I thought it was really great how the instructor clearly knew what she was talking about and most importantly, how she talked continuously, that was very helpful and not too fast, but very clear. It was also very helpful that the instructor always summarised previous information. The simulations with the patient cards* were extremely helpful. :)
