Happy New Year

It’s hard to believe that the last time I said good-bye to an old year is already 365 days ago. Is it me and age, or does time fly faster every year?

So many things happened in 2015 and I am anxious-excited with plans for 2016.

2015 was a really busy year for me with lots of courses and programmes. I love travelling to all the different locations for courses, and this year once again I ran workshops all over Switzerland apart from my regular ones in Zurich, Zug and Lucerne. I was lucky to combine workshops in Basel, Geneva, and Lugano with beautiful walks in the countryside, visiting some inspiring exhibitions close to the workshop location or discovering lovely cafés. I also travelled back to the course location with the best view ever (it’s in Gstaad). I am so lucky and grateful for all these opportunities.

One particularly exciting and successful event was the second Health & Safety Day for which I again partnered up with FamilySafety, Free From Supermarket, weight-life balance, ergolino and Yum Yum. The twelve workshops were incredibly informative and inspiring.

Preparations for the next Health & Safety Day are already in full swing – mark your calendar and reserve March 11, 2017 (yes, 2017, not a typo). And stay tuned to learn about the new format we are introducing.

But now I am looking forward to a 2016 and I want to share two new and exciting programmes:
1. CPR Awareness programme: during this workshop participants learn the most important steps to save a life in just two hours. 2. Lunch & Learn programme. Lunch & Learn programmes are short, informal training sessions. I am now offering a wide range of health and wellness related sessions: “Heart Attack & Stroke Awareness”, “Diabetes Awareness”, and “Stress Management”. We have extended our programme and you can now book us for a range of wellness-related sessions including “Sleep Your Way to a Longer Life”, “Staying Healthy During Flu Season”, “Instant Stress Busters” or “Seven Steps to a Healthier You”.
In conjunction with some partners, I am also happy to provide sessions by experts in the fields of nutrition, mindfulness and fitness.

I am currently in the process of updating this website and translating it into German. The updated version will include details on the Relationship and Sexuality Education programme, the Alcohol and Drug Awareness workshops, which are particularly popular during the holiday season and the Lunch & Learn sessions.
